FAQ’s
1.) When do I pay for my ad?
A.) To secure your exclusive spot on the card, we require full payment when you confirm your decision to join. This guarantees your place in the Co-Op and immediately halts any marketing to your competitors. With 15 other businesses involved, this commitment ensures fairness to everyone in the Co-Op and prevents last-minute changes that could impact the entire group.
2.) What if I don’t like the ad design you created?
A.) No worries! You’re welcome to request one revision, or you can submit your own ad in the dimensions of your chosen ad size. And don’t forget, we don’t charge you for the ad design!
3.) Do you Offer discounts if I own multiple businesses?
A.) Yes, we do! Even though our rates are already a great deal, we offer a 10% discount if you promote 2 or more businesses on the same card.
4.) What if I don’t approve the ad within 48 hours?
A.) If we don’t hear from you within 48 hours, we’ll assume the ad is good to go, as mentioned in our terms of service. This helps us keep everything on schedule for the entire Co-Op. We appreciate your understanding!
5.) What happens if all the Co-Op spaces aren’t filled?
A.) With so many local businesses in the community, this is unlikely, but if we can’t fill all the spaces by the estimated deadline, As outlined in our terms of service we have a 2-week window from the original estimated deadline to fill the remaining spots. If there are at least 8 businesses, we’ll run the card; otherwise, we’ll refund your purchase.
6.) Why are there limited micro ad spaces?
A.) Micro ads are designed for small businesses like home-based businesses and startups, but not all industries qualify. Certain businesses, such as service providers, restaurants, and entertainment venues, typically require a medium ad purchase. Please call us to learn more about micro ad availability and whether your business qualifies.
